• Research compliance with legal, code and utility requirements. 
• Provide the final design, budget, schedule and construction agreement in accordance with the Client’s review and approval of Part 1 Design/Build Agreement (above)
• Completion of the project in budget and on schedule, accommodating any Client changes in the process

Development

• Preliminary budgets and schedule for site earthwork, utilities and roads in coordination with the planning work of Kona Home & Land Design
• Construction Management services for the completion of the development work
